Dragon's Eye Pavilion is the first kinetic building to be built in China. A 40 story water wheel, spanning the Nanjing East Pedestrian Mall, revolves between the two pillars of the project, providing unparallelled entertainment for the City of Shanghai. An ice skating rink greets the nexus of the Nanjing and Bund subway lines. The proejct is a mixture of entertainment, retail, hotel, serviced apartments and offices.
